The most expensive cities to live
The latest data from AP Moscow is now ranked no.1 on the list. Seoul in next on the list. Well, the survey just give you a raw picture as how people are living at that particular place. It measures anything from housing cost, salary, qualilty of living, and many other facotors.

Moscow suprises me. I had always thought of russia in general as a cheap place to live!
If you can make money in the US and spend it there. You can get much more overthere from the same dollar.
I live in Los Angeles and it's crazy expensive!
