Banks launch surcharge-free ATM networks

It hurts when you get charged to take some cash out of your bank account using non-member ATMs. Now there is a break, some banks are joining to offer free ATMs. This should be a good new for some people use frequently use the machines.

TD banknorth and Etrade both have fee free ATM cards.
